Incorporated in October 2000, Molbio Diagnostics Limited is a global point-of-care (POC) molecular diagnostics company focused on developing rapid diagnostic solutions for infectious and non-communicable diseases. Its flagship Truenat platform is a portable, battery-operated PCR-based molecular diagnostics system that delivers accurate results within an hour, making it suitable for resource-constrained healthcare environments.
The company offers molecular testing solutions for more than 30 diseases through 43 diagnostic assays, including tuberculosis (TB), COVID-19, HIV, Hepatitis B & C, and HPV. In addition, it provides radiology, digital pathology, and breast health screening solutions through subsidiaries and strategic collaborations.
Molbio operates six manufacturing facilities across India, serves customers in over 90 countries, and had 1,225 permanent employees as of 31 March 2026.
