About Shellz India Limited
Shellz India Limited manufactures and markets packaged confectionery products in India, with a portfolio spanning choco delights, jellies, baked treats, panned and sugar candies, and food and bakery ingredients. Its consumer products are sold primarily under the Hugs and Tosca brands, with the Hugs portfolio focused largely on mass-market price points.
The company distributes through a super-stockist-led network and also sells through modern trade, online platforms, export markets and private-label arrangements. Its products are manufactured at its Delhi facility, while manufacturing operations are being consolidated and expanded at Sonipat, Haryana. The business focuses on broad product availability across urban, semi-urban, smaller-town and rural markets, with a wide distribution footprint across India. Revenue is generated from sale of confectionery and bakery products and ingredients, with a small services contribution from its subsidiary in the latest interim period.
